As a personal training business, my interest is to achieve your fitness and
health goals, what ever they may be. To date, Fitness-4Life have helped
people from around Sydney to lose weight, increase flexibility, body tone, increase strength and build muscle. I offer one-on-one, couples, groups and
also sports team trainings. Each session is 1 hour duration.

One-on-one:
This is the most personal type of training available. These sessions are always fun and 100% customised to suit your body and your level of fitness. This is
the most effective way to achieve your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. If your the type of person who needs to be pushed to reach your full potential then one-on-one training is what you need, to achieve Fitness-4Life.
You will also receive a nutritional plan on your first session to get you started
on the new you!

2-On-1:
If you and a friend have been thinking about getting fit or if you feel you train better with a partner, then this is the ideal option for you. 2-on-1 training
always provides a few laughs as well as some serious work. I've trained Husbands and Wives, Friends, Neighbours, even Brothers and Sisters
together and one thing it's never, never dull. There's no better way to bond
with a friend or a loved one that to change your lives together. Help each
other through goals and watch each other transform into everything you've
wanted to be!

Group(3+):
Are you and your friends looking to something active, but still want to have
fun? All you need is 3 or more of your friends and let's get started! This training option is ideal for mums, friends or co-workers during the lunch break. You
choose how often you want to train! If you only have time to train once or
twice a week then bring some friends along. The best thing is you get a good solid workout and you're with your friends! What could be better than that?
(be sure to book your group in early, as group session times are limited and
fill up quickly)
